I really like this product. When I received it without the keys or the bolts for the wheels. Amazon did everything that they could to help me with this problem. The supervisor was checking to see if everything was going well and I did not answer the phone at that time and he did call back the next day. I thought that was good service. They did over and beyond what they could do to make me satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about this toolbox. It exceeded really my expectations and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I had just purchased the same like toolbox, only Craftsman, and my Original Pink Box is SOOOO much better. It came with the drawer liners (in pink of course) and with my husband's Craftsman we had to buy the liners separate. The caster's are leaps and bounds better. They are more industrial, come with stronger wheel locks and unlike the Craftsman, they have grease fittings/zerks. I restore muscle and classic cars as a hobby and demand more of my tools and toolboxes than the average woman. This is an excellent product and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It also comes in a vibrant lime green too so the fellas don't have to get it in pink.

MY PINK BOX IS STURDY, EASY TO ROLL, PRETTY, THE DRAWERS ARE EASY TO OPEN AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I AM 52 YEARS OLD AND RECENTLY WIDOWED, I HAD TOOLS SPREAD EVERYWHERE, BUT NOW THEY ARE ALL ORGANIZED AND I CAN FIND THEM QUICK. BUT THE BEST PART IS THAT I HAVE MY VERY OWN PINK, PRETTY TOOL BOX!!!!!
