This really is a beautiful faucet. We installed recently in our totally renovated kitchen alongside caesarstone quartz countertop and twin D sink (offset faucet) and it looks amazing. I can only rate this product a 3 out of 5 though as the spool leaked for about a week (inexplicably stopped on it's own) and the button to change from stream to spray does not work reliably - sometimes it won't switch over at all. I should really have pulled it and sent it back by now but I couldn't face it so we live with it way it is, which I admit isn't a great hardship - it usually sticks on spray which is generally where we'd probably keep it anyway. Even with this issue I would probably purchase again - it really is stunning and fits our decor perfectly.

I have had this faucet and a complementing variation of this faucet for about 6 months now and they both have the same problems. Neither faucet will switch back from spray mode to the regular faucet mode without multiple attempts - if at all. When you can get it into the regular (nonspray) mode they splatter the water much more than what a sink faucet should. Finally, the temperature control is the exact opposite of pretty much every other faucet of this type. I checked the installation and instructions to confirm it was installed correctly, so that is not the problem. There are lots of other really cool faucets out there and I decided to buy the Kohler evoke thinking that "you get what you pay for". Well not with these faucets. I bought other much less expensive faucets for other areas of the house that work much better.
